PANEL: Challenging the stereotypes around mental illness and wellness

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

All the statistics reveal that Australians, and the entire global community, have suffered record levels of anxiety and depression over the last couple of years.  Mental health professionals are closing their books to new patients as the demand soars. How can we understand what is happening in society and what can we do to support our own mental health and that of our loved ones and our community more generally? A panel of experts, with decades of experience in the field, will provide insights and ideas through discussion with each other and all Limmud participants.
