This session offers an experiential opportunity to engage body, mind and spirit in the pursuit of connection to the “one behind the many”. This session will work through a textual study of the seminal Kabbalistic work, the Zohar, as well as singing bowls meditation, movement, poetry and prayer. No prior experience necessary; an open-hearted curiosity is helpful.
