With an ageing population supporting our elders is a growth area in the care economy. Many tireless and hardworking compassionate professionals work with this care group and more are still needed to meet the increasing care needs. JewishCare is one organisation supporting the aged community to live at home. This presentation gives a professional perspective on how we do this, interwoven with a personal story about why one might choose to work in the aged care sector.
