In this uplifting session, Ben-Zion will share his thoughts on Jewish dances of universal peace as a spiritual practice and their application to healing and peace making. These dances are prayers and will be accompanied with guitar. Through demonstration, Ben-Zion will introduce the movements, the words and the music accompanying the dances. These are participatory dances for those who wish to dance but session attendees are welcome to just sing along or watch.
