In this session you will have the chance to learn techniques of Jewish meditation and mindfulness based on teachings from the Zohar. In particular a section of this text called Tiqunei ha-Zohar. We will explore a number of questions, including: What is the symbol of the Tree of Life? What are the mysterious energy points, called Sephirot? How can these be useful to us in meditation and self-development? Join Orna and Nadav for this fascinating expose, with rare translations of this ancient text. This session is open to people of all levels of experience and knowledge.
